The support for MS Barcode is exceptional. Immediate response, hands-on assistance, and positive support. I strongly recommend this app, not just for the ease of use (significantly better than our previous experience with printing on Stocky), but for the excellent support.

Customer Service was very fast to respond. They were eager to help resolve a few concerns I had and stayed active in email and chat until I was able to confirm that the issue was resolved.

Customer Support was amazing. Very patient, and she walked me through a number of different questions I had. She helped create the correct label template and was very knowledgable about the whole process.

Outstanding customer service! Live chat without a chat with a bot first. Ivy was so helpful, knowledgeable and very responsive. The app is extremely user friendly and has given me the ability to print various labels other than just barcode labels. Such a time saver! I highly recommend this app!

The app is amazing and the team is even more amazing. They spent quite a bit of time creating a template for my specific labels and then helping to perfect the spacing. I am so happy with this app, with my product labels and the support team!

It's a great app and works with multiple label printers that other apps don't support also Ivy is the absolute best support person. She help me setup including remoting onto my pc to help me and she even designed the labels for me. She never gave up, thanks Ivy! Your THE BEST!

Although the app can can have a few hitches sometimes, the customer support is top notch. You chat with a real human in real time, are always pleasant, and they have always resolved my problems. The only thing i would like to see different is when you click print to see how your template will look, your print count automatically goes down even if you don't print the sheet.
