This app is super easy to use. It looks like an app built by Shopify. I had an issue with a few codes (ended up being my fault) but the support received (thank you, Ivy) was immaculate. I would have appreciated a faster response (took a few hours for a response) but what do you expect from a small team. Their live chat does say responses may take a few hours. Overall, the experience is great. The app is easy to use, and the support is perfect. Highly Recommend

Ze hebben me fantastisch geholpen! De labels die ik wou gebruiken stonden er niet tussen en ze hebben voor mij een nieuwe template gecreëerd met mijn labels. Vervolgens hebben ze me geholpen met het printen van de labels, want dit verliep eerst verkeerd. Ze hebben me alles heel goed uitgelegd. Alsook heb ik labels bijgekregen omdat mijn eerste labels mislukt waren. Heel vriendelijk en super vlotte service!

I was feeling a little overwhelmed at the beginning, but IVY was available on Live Chat and was able to help me remotely with printer configeration. I dont think I could do it with out her. If you are having any issues at all, just reach out to live chat!! Very patient and helpful. Thank you IVY.

Only used to create and apply barcodes and SKUs so far, but it's been very easy with no issues.

One of the best apps there is for barcodes & SKUs. The support staff is very helpful and understands the needs of a small business. Love it.

This app is very straightforward and simple to use for basic tasks, and if you have any issues or more complex goals, the support team (Ivy in particular) are very helpful and super quick to respond! Ivy resolved a small issue I was having with my barcodes within only a few minutes. Highly recommend!

After you use it for awhile, this app is actually very straight forward and easy to understand. But if you're someone like me who's never set-up a barcode system AND is trying to get labels to print correctly it can be a little nerve-racking. However, if I can do it anyone can! Also, I want to give a big shout-out to Ivy who patiently worked with me to get the app, my Zebra printer and Mac all working correctly together - she's a star!
