Ivy, was the best support to me. As as a new business owner it is hard to navigate all the plugins that Shopify offers but Magestore is the fastest and affordable way to create labels with SKU, GTIN and Product description. She helped me to create a custom template and was able to find a quick solution so we can print our labels. Truly amazing support. She is the best!!!

Ideal app! We had an issue with something and spoke to Ivy through the chat function. They were incredibly helpful and got it sorted efficiently and kept us in the loop at all times! Things go wrong in technology but I think the measure of a company is how they deal with this when they aren’t perfect and this team were super helpful and communicative!

Ivy is incredible. I have been having issues with the specific layout of two of the labels and she’s listened to all of my concerns and fixed them so quickly. The app and team are great!!

Magestore customer service is outstanding. They helped my create my own template for printing labels, and did all the troubleshooting when my printer would not connect. Highly recommend this company!

Worked with support to setup a barcode template that was not available at the time of using the app. The support promptly guide me through the process and ensured I have a working template.

I really love this app. I'll admit that getting the template set up can be the trickiest, as our perforated paper was unique. But Ivy at Megastore was amazing and helped me on numerous occasions to get things setup. We had out own barcodes already setup, so I just needed a template to print them out onto perforated data labels. This is a great app for that. Thank you so much Ivy for your help. You are a credit to the customer service industry and I hope your boss gives you a bonus! lol.

I have specific needs for my label, and they were willing and able to help me get set up with a format that worked for me! Rock on! Ivy worked with me and even took over with screen sharing to make adjustments to the printer label settings that were outside of my skill set. What a star! 5 out of 5!

Have had cause to contact support twice since starting to use the product - great response each time and issues resolved. Test printing before contacting support used up some of my 'free' barcodes - other than that, so far the app works, the options on the free version suit our small business and certainly it has been relatively easy to get set up and running
