The app is easy to figure out and set up, and should you have any issues their customer service is absolutely brilliant! Their staff were able to help me figure out some printing issues and modified a template for me so things fit perfectly.

We had the most incredible experience with Magestore and their customer service has been phenomenal - especially Ivy! We sent them a custom template request as we weren't sure how to set it up and while they didn't have the features available, the went above and beyond to create them for us. They set everything up and reconfirmed our requirements every step of the way and also gave us some very helpful workarounds for whatever we could not automatically import through Shopify. They have saved us atleast 16 hours of work every season launch and we are so grateful for their help and support!

I was looking for an app to print out my UPC codes. I tried a couple of others, but this allowed me the ability to set up my template and print them out right away. With them offering an extra batch of free labels to start, it is enough to get me up and running. The process wasn't to difficult and printed on the labels perfectly, the FIRST time. One of the others I tried - was off by 1/2 an inch by the end of the first page. Give MS Retail Barcode Generator a chance. Oh - and support (Ivy) was very helpful , she was prompt and helped me with the bonus labels.

I have done what most people do who are a startup on a tight budget and looking for free or low-cost apps. Don't fall into that trap! It ended up costing me more time and money. This barcode app is worth it. My scanner could scan these barcodes and not the other 2 apps I tried. You can customize your price label layout if no frills are your thing. There is an option to have them help you create one too. I consider myself a tech dummy who has banged their head literally against the wall/desk when faced with anything new tech wise and have had many tearful moments. With this app, I did it all by myself! And yes, bc it's me, I did find it a little challenging as I want instant results but once I took the time to read the instructions properly, and you should do every time I learned, it was quite easy. I love how you can up and down grade the plan and you don't lose your barcodes. I just discovered I could set auto barcode generation for new items. Thank you so much for that too. I have been using this app since Dec 2024 and have encountered a couple of problems. But no need to panic. You can contact CS via chat, which I love, and they respond pretty much immediately even though it could be bedtime for them. If the lovely Ivy I have been communicating cannot resolve it herself, and she is very good, she will make sure she can get a tech to fix it as soon as humanly possible. And Ivy always updates you and never leaves you guessing. I would recommend this app 100%. You won't regret it. Thank you Megestore and Ivy and your team.
