This app is great and so is the customer service support staff. The app quickly and efficiently generated barcodes for all of my product. Then when I went to put in my template, the labels I purchased from Amazon were not listed. I was having trouble making my own template and wanted to just upload the template that came with the stickers themselves. I used the customer service chat and they quickly generated a template for me and it worked perfectly!

I have been working with Ivy for a couple of days to figure out why my jewlery labels were not printing out in a way that could be read by my barcode camera. She went above and beyond to help me and after 2 days she figured it out! I am so grateful for the amazing service she provided!

Ivy was absolutely fantastic! She helped build our template for our labels and made every adjustment that we wanted. She also took the time to make it so our labels barcode would be connected to our shops custom SKU's instead of just the barcode of the product itself. Overall she took about an hour and a half to 2 hours of her time to really set us up for success

Customer service is exceptional and quick to respond. They helped me fix my printing issue in under 5 minutes. The app is great for my small business and makes inventory and printing barcodes a breeze. If you haven't got this app you are truly missing out. Old Men Disc Golf

Out of all the apps I have used on the Shopify App store this has to be the best the support from Ivy was second to none and she stayed with for for 1.5 hours helped me setup the system and design labels, do not hesitate in getting this app it is a no brainer!!! Labels work perfectly and it is easy to use! THANK YOU so much Ivy you are a superstar!!!

When choosing which barcode app I wanted to use with my Shopify store - I chose MS Retail due to the reviews and positive experiences other customers had received. I'm here to say they're 5 star. The app was easy to use and learn. I did reach out to their customer service team, Ivy. Ivy was absolutely wonderful and helped me for over a hour figure out a trouble shooting issue with my printer. She then went the extra mile to help me with the layout of my tag. It was a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this app.
