I needed a different label template created, MS SKU & Barcode Generator created it for me free of charge. When I printed my labels they were off a little bit, I chatted with them and they fixed it very promptly. I highly reccomend their app.

The app is great to what Im looking for. They havent got QR code but are willing to customized to my needs. Customer service, esp. with Ivy is excellent. Not even communication is clear, sharp, but also problem solving is at top. I would 100% recommend this app.

I needed an app that would allow me to not only print UPC and QR codes but also a way to tag product by SKU for items without UPC’s. This app fit the bill and is so versatile and configurable that I was glad I contacted Jay in support who used Team Viewer to remote in and eliminate my confusion. After you get your configuration setup to the type of tag you want to print with its size, font, what information to print and barcode style you’re basically all set. You then generate SKU’s or Barcodes for what’s missing them. Then the last step is to print them. You can either print 1 tag for each piece of stock in that SKU or just print 1 tag to label the outside of the stock bin. In other words it’s ultra versatile and not very expensive at all. If you need help I hope you get Jay, he’s clear and to the point and knows this app perfectly.

Just got started with this app after giving up on a different one and I'm so happy I made the switch. It's super easy to use and it does everything we need it to do. Ivy from Support reached out to me and helped me set up and she was fantastic to work with! I wish they were all this good.

This app is great and so is the customer service support staff. The app quickly and efficiently generated barcodes for all of my product. Then when I went to put in my template, the labels I purchased from Amazon were not listed. I was having trouble making my own template and wanted to just upload the template that came with the stickers themselves. I used the customer service chat and they quickly generated a template for me and it worked perfectly!

I have been working with Ivy for a couple of days to figure out why my jewlery labels were not printing out in a way that could be read by my barcode camera. She went above and beyond to help me and after 2 days she figured it out! I am so grateful for the amazing service she provided!

Ivy was absolutely fantastic! She helped build our template for our labels and made every adjustment that we wanted. She also took the time to make it so our labels barcode would be connected to our shops custom SKU's instead of just the barcode of the product itself. Overall she took about an hour and a half to 2 hours of her time to really set us up for success
