Before working with BayEngage, our biggest challenge was managing consistent, high-performing email campaigns without spending hours every week designing, segmenting, and testing. We chose BayEngage because of its simple setup, affordable pricing, and deep Shopify integration. Outstanding customer service! We switched from Klayvio, paying $1200-$1800 per month, and we are now paying less than $500 per month. TargetBay merged everything over from Klayvio, all of our Flows, all of our Segments, our Lists, and even our Templates. The transition was seamless. We are getting better open rates, making more in sales, and saving money. Kudos to TargetBay's team!

BayEngage has impressed me in multiple ways. I've used multiple ESP's and BayEngage is by far the easiest to use and the best on the market. It's fairly priced as well. The cherry on top is their support. All of my requests are answered almost instantaneously and any technical changes usually take less than 24 hours.

Switching from Klaviyo to BayEngage was smooth with onboarding help from their team - Danielle was especially helpful and knowledgable! We are seeing better open rates than with Klaviyo using the same mailing lists and the price is cheaper per month. We haven't lost any functionality that we were using in Klaviyo and tehe transition was seamless.

I've used everuy email provider from mailchimp to klavio during my fifteen years in business and in my opinion BeyEngage is the best value and the most solid product on the market today. Their support team is great and I love the product. Good luck to all
