I'm really sorry to hear that our app didn’t meet your expectations. I wanted to clarify a point that may have caused some confusion. When we say “works with checkout,” we mean that our app is compatible with third-party apps that interact with the checkout process — such as bundle apps, upsell tools, A/B testing apps, etc. — not that it can add custom sections directly to the Shopify checkout page. Due to Shopify’s policy, only stores on the Shopify Plus plan are allowed to make customizations to the checkout and thank you page. This restriction applies to all page builder apps on the platform, not just Beae. You can check more detail here : https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/checkout-settings/customize-checkout-configurations Our support team also mentioned that Beae works across all page types — including Home, Landing, Product, Collection, Blog, FAQ, Footer, and more. We didn’t hear back from you after that message, so we’re concerned there might have been a misunderstanding.
