While the app itself did cause an issue on my site, the support team were INCREDIBLE in helping me sort it all out

We truly appreciate it and are very glad we were able to help resolve the issue on your store. We would also like to clarify one small detail regarding the behavior you experienced. When a merchant switches to a new theme, pages that were previously published through our app are automatically synchronized to the new theme. This is an intentional feature designed to ensure merchants do not have to manually republish all of their pages after changing themes. That said, we completely understand how this behavior could be unexpected in certain situations. Your feedback is very valuable to us, and we will review this feature carefully to see how we can improve the experience and make it more intuitive for merchants in the future. Just lost my money to an app that would not work and was freezing my website. Good in theory but could not do what it was meant to do especially as regards to translating the page content in co-operation with my translation app.

When you use the Beae App, the content you add stays within Beae and won't show up in the Shopify Admin content area. This limitation is due to Shopify's operational mechanisms, which are beyond our control. Consequently, you won't be able to view the content within your Shopify Admin page. Despite this, our translation app remains functional and is fully capable of translating all the pages you have created within Beae. We acknowledge the inconvenience caused by the translation not functioning as expected.
