Great support by Cass , One of the standout aspects of Beae is its customer service. The support team is responsive, Super Communicating, friendly Really helpful. They are quick to assist, ensuring a smooth and pleasant user experience. He also did a theme compatibility check, helped with customize my home page, and gave me offer suggestions. Definitely recommend!

I had some issues with my landing pages-apparently it was that i did not enable the theme but Jesse was so quick and answered all my questions. Every concern and issue i had was resolved in such an efficient and quick way.

Edit: After I left my initial review, the leadership team at Beae reached out to personally receive feedback. This proves they care. Then over the next couple days implemented fixes and changes according to my bug reports. This was done impressively quickly, and have since kept and open line with myself and my team to eagerly make any changes, fixes, and aid in our page builds. Truly a world class support team. So much potential here in this app, I only hope to see it keep improving. Original Review: I really want to love this, but it's beyond buggy and plagued with UX issues. It's unpolished and feels more like a MVP than an actual product. The innovative "restraint-free" concept is amazing but it's execution leaves a lot to be desired. When using this to create anything more complicated than a simple section with some text and images (like a full page, with tabs, accordions, galleries, etc) it tends to break, the editor preview and live site don't match up, and support likes to "do it for you" and make irreversible changes rather than fixing the bug in the first place. Simple things like duplicating pages and sections is a whole process of exporting and importing without a clear confirmation of whether it's working or not, or if you're about to accidently overwrite and delete a page you worked hard to build. My devs, designers, and I frequently found ourselves frustrated trying to build elements that, in theory, should be extremely easy to build without unexpected random bugs, breaks, and changes we can't forsee or control. Maybe with more development and focus on UX, this will be a great app, but for now, we're limiting it's use to very simple things. Note to the devs: focus on polishing the stability and UX of your core offering before trying to implement additional "gimicky" features, and don't argue with your customer when they're giving valuable feedback and bug reports.

BEST APP EVER! from details to templates and customer support! all is the best been using it for over 1 year now, whenever there is a problem the CS team texts me back imidietly. i tried others before that but yea best app on shopify for litterely almost anything. good speed as well, thank you guys!
