Great App! Easy to use. Customer service is great. I had an issue with my site settings and Cass was very patient with me as I tried to describe the issue and he was able to figure out my exact problem and actually fixed the settings from their end! It was a great help, as I am not to savy on the computer. I recommend this app

I’ve been using Beae Page Builder for a while now, and honestly, it’s made building websites so much easier and way more fun. The drag-and-drop editor is super intuitive, and you don’t have to be a tech wizard to get great results quickly. What really stands out, though, is the amazing support team behind it. Big shoutout to Eddy, Dave, Thomas, Sheldon, Anna, Duke, Amozz, and James — these folks have been super helpful whenever I had questions or needed a hand. Their fast and friendly support made all the difference, and it feels great knowing they’re just a message away. If you want a page builder that’s simple, powerful, and backed by a team that actually cares, Beae is definitely worth checking out!

I’ve been using the Beae homepage builder and I must say—it’s a fantastic app! Super user-friendly, customizable, and perfect for creating beautiful layouts. Rees one of the support team has been brilliant in supporting me with the creation of a tricky design for a section that I envisioned. I tried to do it on Pagefly which failed. Having tried it on my own on Beae, I didnt think it was going to be possible, but their support team created it for me in the background - which was above and beyond any support that I would have expected. Great product and great service. The only thing I would add to it is the ability to create sections as templates and then have them fully editable (i.e you can change text/images/padding etc) in Shopify Theme Editor.

Outstanding Support from Thomas at Beae Working with Thomas has been one of the most refreshing customer support experiences I’ve had. Not only has he been incredibly patient, but also consistently clear, kind, and effective in walking me through every step as I built my store. No matter how many questions I had, Thomas never rushed the process — he genuinely wanted me to understand what I was doing. His calm energy and ability to break things down helped reduce the overwhelm I was feeling as a new user.
