The service is outstanding. I had an issue with integrating a third party app and did not only receive instructions but a tailor-made screen recording specifically for my request. So even someone not experienced with the app can easily get things done. Besides that the templates are of really great quality which means the results are top notch.

So far I've had a fantastic experience with the platform and its customer support. I recently migrated from Wix to Shopify and I've been generally unhappy with how difficult it is to create a good looking, custom store in the Shopify base app. The Beae platform and it's support staff have been incredibly helpful in creating an eCommerce store that I'm happy with. Huge shout out to my guy Amozz for being up late at night to help me optimize my website and create custom code for a feature I couldn't implement on my own. I'll likely continue to use Beae as I scale.

This is my 3rd shopify website and I'm still using beae builder. I love how easy it is to use and also full marks for their customer support. Would recommend this to anyone using shopify.

Great app, great support! After creating my landing page on the free trial I was having some problems with publishing it to my theme. (pilot error) I went to the chat window and expected to leave a message and have someone get back to me in a day or two. I was pleasantly surprised to see the chat window light up a few seconds after I sent it. Ress was on it live and solved the problem for me instantly, as well as making a Loom for the steps to do it.
