after you install the editor it deploys pages in your theme. If you uninstall then the pages remain and they have removed the default DELETE option. Extremely suspicious practice. In any case we have to go live and although they offer support, that requires access to my running site. They cannot guarantee that they will destabilize the site. For this reason I would avoid installing unless you are working on a throw away copy or site. Pity they had not been open enough to provide that word of caution when signing you up to the demo. AGain an extremely poor practice - "Buyer Beware."

We want to clarify that the templates you have created will remain as active pages even after uninstalling the app. When you have published a website using Beae, it belongs to you, and we will not interfere with it even if you uninstall the application. However, if you no longer wish to use it and do not want it to remain on your store, you can follow the instructions. Additionally, to remove Beae's codes from your store, please go to Settings -> scroll to the bottom and click on the "Remove all Beae codes" button. We have also sent you a tutorial video to guide you through this process via email, so please check your inbox. We are very sorry for this inconvenience. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. Beae is an amazing, flexible, multi-purpose page builder that allows anyone without website-building knowledge to create anything they can imagine. This has been one of the best apps I have come across while I looked for a page builder that allowed pages to look modern and fresh, and was so simple to use. I would 100% recommend this app to anyone looking to create a page from scratch. PS Their cs team is absolutely lovely! They even try to give you design advice and a lot of it was quite good ideas.

I LOVE this application because it allows me to do so much more with my pages in shopify than the regular shopify theme. Also their team member Cass was an excellent assist when I needed to make adjustments! Excellent Customer service!

Love the App, and if I got any error, the help is super fest, super friendly. Especially you don´t want or can't afford to pay a beautiful designer Theme with a lot of money, this app is perfect for you and your website. Would use it every time. Thank you for the friendly support. :)

I have been using this app for about 3 months now. I have been impressed by the functionality of it. I'm even more amazed by Beae's customer service. I get instant help 24 hours a day. Customer service was quick, knowledgeable, and helpful. The service was great! They supported really well whenever I had an obstacle. Also, I had many questions as I am still a beginner on shopify, but they helped me to solve the issues. Just one more tip - there are some errors in editor version 1, so it would be better to start everything with editor version 2. I have to rebuild all my pages again in version 2.

The team at Beae are always excellent: super helpful and patient. Overall it's working well for us but does need some coding experience if you need to tweak things to different countries.

Good so far, I definitely like how easy it is to use! I did have some weird issues with layouts on mobile, but I was able to get help on a Sunday morning through chat (I didn't think anyone would answer but I figured I'd try anyways). It was quick for Dominique to fix the mobile layout weirdness, not at all like normal chat help that's usually more frustrating than actual 'help'. I was questioning my purchase at first but the support available is making any minor issues I need help with manageable. For what this app provides, it's worth it!
