I had many questions about if my e-commerce retail merchandise page was uploading correctly, and Kian was so personable and approachable over the chat option available via your site. It was wonderful to know I was chatting with a real person, not AI. Please continue to keep it that way! It's so much easier to work through simple issues with a real person.
