Awesome customer service with Kian! I find that the app can be a bit confusing at times but the customer service with Beae makes up for that. Both times I have needed help, they have been excellent and have fixed my issue within minutes. Highly recommend!

Didn't have much use for it so I ended up uninstalling. During my use, it was very easy to navigate and integrated well with the Shopify themes.

It was very easy to use and the response from customer support was very quick, I think I would love to keep using this plugin, it would be great if more elements could be added in the future

We’ve used this app for about two years, and the original editor was much more user-friendly. With the new version, even simple page edits feel cumbersome, to the point where we often avoid making updates. The app may be great for highly tech-savvy users, but the new editor has made our workflow harder. While it still served our need to create many landing pages, we likely won’t be renewing for another year due to the editor update. Otherwise, it’s a very useful app.

What can I say? The chat line is always available and they really help! They check on you again and again even on weekends! Today I have Dominique, patient with me and polite. A star! Step by step and images follow by video! You don't get it any where else except from this team! (Sophie, June and all others!) I always have a smile when I need to speak to anyone at Beae (stressed whenever I have to go on other platform's online chat!). Thank you you all! Keep it up!

I needed help searching for a template after installing the app. I'm not familiar with the platform, so chatted with Jun to expedite my needs. They were quick and provided easy steps. There are many templates to easily choose from to fit any need.
