Absolutely excellent service. 100% fantastic help. My only complaint is that it seems very difficult for people who have no idea about UX/UI design or customizing code. Be prepared to ask a lot of questions if you don't.

I installed this app less than 30 minutes back and had an amazing support from Sheldon in Customer Care. He has given me so much information already that it will take me an entire day to take it all in. I really admire Beae's 24/7 Customer Service feature and agents like Sheldon and James seem as well-informed, well-researched, precise and efficient as any Grok, Claude, or CgatGPT. I am super impressed with the service so far and I really hope the results are as mind-boggling as the Customer Care is. Sheldon and James are just awesome. I am sure I will be chatting with both all of coming week. Really pray and hope this app changes our fortune and increases sales.
