I created dozens of size charts (partially because they don't have conversion from Inches to CM so for each chart I had to create and link two charts) through the app that were then somehow deleted. I know that they were saved because I saved each chart multiple times to see how it appeared on the product pages. I cannot tell you how gut wrenching it was to spend hours building out size charts, take a break, and come back to everything gone. I spoke to support and they had no solution for me so I had to find a different app.

We’re truly sorry you had such a frustrating experience with the app. We completely understand how disheartening it must have been to spend hours creating size charts only to see them disappear. Since your issue, we’ve taken serious steps to prevent this from happening again. We’ve added a backup and restore feature (export/import) so merchants can securely save their data. We’ve also introduced a cm/inch conversion toggle to eliminate the need to create duplicate charts for different units. On top of that, you can now duplicate existing size charts, place them in a custom position next to your product options, and you’ll notice much faster loading times—especially helpful for stores with lots of charts.
