Absolutely outstanding support. We've been using BF Size Charts across multiple Shopify stores, and the app has been working great. But what really deserves recognition is the customer support, especially John. I reached out because we were having issues with our size charts not displaying correctly. John didn't just answer my questions, he actually investigated the problem, found the root cause, made the necessary changes, and ensured everything was working properly again. It's rare these days to find support that is this responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. You can tell that John truly cares about helping merchants succeed. A huge thank you to Jon for the excellent support and professionalism. Because of experiences like this, I can confidently recommend BF Size Charts to any Shopify store owner.
No way to sort the charts, so you have to look through all the charts to find the one you need to add an item to. Not ideal! Would be a much better app if you could search or sort the charts.

We took your suggestion seriously and have since released a search feature that lets you quickly find size charts by title, making it much easier to manage large numbers of charts. We also reached out by email because we'd still love your feedback on how we can improve it further, including additional search and sorting options.
