The app is easy to get started with, and it’s simple to fill in the information in a way that makes it clear and easy for customers to understand. However, if you have a product with more than one variant and also use express checkout buttons such as Shop Pay or Google Pay, the Size Chart app hides the express checkout button. This is a major issue for us, as it negatively affects the customer experience and could impact conversions. Because of this, we have decided to end our collaboration with the Size Chart app.
Elionore, I’m really sorry for the confusion here, and I completely understand your concern. You’re absolutely right that dynamic checkout buttons are important. To clarify, BF Size Charts can work alongside Shop Pay, PayPal, and Buy It Now without hiding them. The issue you experienced was related to setup/placement, not a limitation of the app. We’ve since reviewed your case and can ensure everything works smoothly without impacting your checkout experience. If you’re open to it, I’d be happy to personally set everything up and verify it’s working perfectly on your store. Added the app to two of our sites but if one is updated while the other is open you loose all data. Very annoying.
