Absolutely outstanding support. We've been using BF Size Charts across multiple Shopify stores, and the app has been working great. But what really deserves recognition is the customer support, especially John. I reached out because we were having issues with our size charts not displaying correctly. John didn't just answer my questions, he actually investigated the problem, found the root cause, made the necessary changes, and ensured everything was working properly again. It's rare these days to find support that is this responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. You can tell that John truly cares about helping merchants succeed. A huge thank you to Jon for the excellent support and professionalism. Because of experiences like this, I can confidently recommend BF Size Charts to any Shopify store owner.
No way to sort the charts, so you have to look through all the charts to find the one you need to add an item to. Not ideal! Would be a much better app if you could search or sort the charts.

We were looking for a simple but efficient tool to reduce the number of customers dropping out in the sales funnel because of a lack of sizing info. It took us just 10-15 minutes to install the app. The app works seamlessly and we might expand it in the future. We had a question on the translations and the support team was very responsive, with a clear and quick reply to our questions within the hour. Definitely an app developer that's human and authentic. We already see better conversion rates because of this quick fix so we're happy with the results.
