Using it but discovered it doesnt work, it shows up when i come on the page and when i select a colour, it dissapears and doesnt come back only when refresh, and if i select any colour again, it dissapears again
Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the trouble you experienced. After investigating the issue, we found it was caused by a conflict with the third-party app Swatch King. We've since made our app fully compatible with it, and we also added a custom positioning setting based on your specific request. BF Size Chart works very well and the price is certainly worth it. After a theme update that I initiated, some of my custom settings were reverted and I had to reach out for help. I was provided the needed help quickly and the experience was very pleasant and non stressful. One thing I like about this app is just how simple it really is to use, it doesn't drag down my site and there's not a bunch of useless functions. Simple can be very refreshing.

App stopped working, sizing chart doesn't show up anymore after 2 years of using it. Seems like it isn't working anywhere on my stores. edit: was down for me for a day but is working again, developer reached out and was very nice.

We’ve been using BF Size Charts for a while now, and it has been a game-changer for our eCommerce. As a business specializing in goalkeeper gloves, getting the sizing right is crucial to customer satisfaction and minimizing returns. BF Size Charts has made the process much smoother for us. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to set up and customize charts for different product lines. We particularly appreciate how user-friendly it is for customers—they can quickly find their size without second-guessing or needing extra assistance. This has significantly reduced the number of size-related inquiries we receive.

A rudimentary app that offers simple features. I don't think it's designed for commercial-level businesses. I have to build my charts each and every time I list a new product, which is frankly redundant, tiring, and frustrating. Plus, there's no way to save your charts, so that you can use them again—you're forced to create a chart every single time. Incredible that they weren't able to figure this out from the start. Currently looking for a replacement.

You can now duplicate size charts, which makes it much easier to reuse charts across products without starting from scratch. We've also added the ability to customize the position of the chart—like placing it right next to product options—to better fit your store layout. In addition, we’ve significantly improved loading performance for merchants with a large number of size charts, and we’re excited to share that we've introduced a built-in unit converter, allowing your customers to easily switch between cm and inches. We’re a small two-person team based in California and are always working to improve based on feedback like yours. The app is easy to get started with, and it’s simple to fill in the information in a way that makes it clear and easy for customers to understand. However, if you have a product with more than one variant and also use express checkout buttons such as Shop Pay or Google Pay, the Size Chart app hides the express checkout button. This is a major issue for us, as it negatively affects the customer experience and could impact conversions. Because of this, we have decided to end our collaboration with the Size Chart app.
Elionore, I’m really sorry for the confusion here, and I completely understand your concern. You’re absolutely right that dynamic checkout buttons are important. To clarify, BF Size Charts can work alongside Shop Pay, PayPal, and Buy It Now without hiding them. The issue you experienced was related to setup/placement, not a limitation of the app. We’ve since reviewed your case and can ensure everything works smoothly without impacting your checkout experience. If you’re open to it, I’d be happy to personally set everything up and verify it’s working perfectly on your store.
