Love this app and use it on more than one site. Super helpful support and great help pages that explain everything in case you want to customize how it looks.
Thank you for your review and for using BF Size Charts across multiple stores. We're happy to hear that the app has been a good fit for your business and that both our support team and help documentation have been helpful. We work hard to make the app flexible and easy to customize, so it's great to know the guides have helped you tailor it to your needs. Thank you for your continued support. Jon Relentless Apps
The app is easy to get started with, and it’s simple to fill in the information in a way that makes it clear and easy for customers to understand. However, if you have a product with more than one variant and also use express checkout buttons such as Shop Pay or Google Pay, the Size Chart app hides the express checkout button. This is a major issue for us, as it negatively affects the customer experience and could impact conversions. Because of this, we have decided to end our collaboration with the Size Chart app.
Elionore, I’m really sorry for the confusion here, and I completely understand your concern. You’re absolutely right that dynamic checkout buttons are important. To clarify, BF Size Charts can work alongside Shop Pay, PayPal, and Buy It Now without hiding them. The issue you experienced was related to setup/placement, not a limitation of the app. We’ve since reviewed your case and can ensure everything works smoothly without impacting your checkout experience. If you’re open to it, I’d be happy to personally set everything up and verify it’s working perfectly on your store. If we’re able to resolve this for you, we would greatly appreciate it if you’d consider updating your review to reflect your experience. Thank you again for your feedback 🙏 Jon Relenteless Apps [email protected]
It is really a very useful application, I hope it helps my clients to be able to select their appropriate size.
TL;DR-Great app, great developers, wish they had more apps. This is a great app and although it feels a little bare bones in some places, it does everything I need and makes me look good doing it. They are very responsive for such a small operation. I had a few questions and a suggestion that they responded to me within minutes. Thanks!
Really easy to use and helpful!
Great app and very pleasant customer service.
I love this app. It’s so easy to use and fully customizable. It works great for me. All of the other size chart apps are too difficult and complicated for no reason.
Thank you for your review. Let us know what we can do to improve. Jon Relentless Apps [email protected]
