We use this program all the time and it works great for us and our customers. Whenever there has been a problem, the team has been great to work on and and respond promptly.
Mergify does what we needed it to do. We can find orders that should probably ship together, merge them, and keep things more organized. It has saved us both time and shipping cost.
I like that it does not feel overcomplicated. We can merge orders manually when we want to check everything ourselves, and use suggestions when we want to move faster
This app has helped us avoid a lot of unnecessary duplicate shipments. We still review things before merging, but Mergify makes it much easier to spot the orders that belong together.
