Nice app, very personalizable and custom made to your own taste. You can add preset questions, fast answers; choose the chat style and you even have emoticons and (important) images upload. For someone who custom makes their products, having images upload in the chat is very important to choose materials and style of the upcoming personalized products with the customer.
