The app was not only incredibly user-friendly, but it was also packed with amazing features that made my interaction with it smooth and enjoyable. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service provided by Kyrie, one of the representatives for the app. Kyrie was not only incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but also had a great sense of humor that made our interactions all the more enjoyable. Went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience and patiently answered all of my questions. Overall, I would highly recommend this app to anyone.

The customer service is very polite, and the interface is quite user-friendly, making it very suitable for beginners to use! And it's currently still free too.

Nice app, very personalizable and custom made to your own taste. You can add preset questions, fast answers; choose the chat style and you even have emoticons and (important) images upload. For someone who custom makes their products, having images upload in the chat is very important to choose materials and style of the upcoming personalized products with the customer. It is also very nice that it has a mobile app.

Bis jetzt funktionierts einwandfrei. Support antwortet schnell und ist sehr hilfreich. Hatte schon viele verschiedene Live Chat versucht aber Best Chat ist im moment tatsächlich das beste.

I recently started using BestChat Live Chat Chatbot and I am blown away by its functionality. As a business owner, it's important for me to have a chatbot that can provide seamless 1-to-1 customer service, especially for my customers who speak Chinese. BestChat offers a fully Chinese-operated backend that allows me to connect with my customers in simplified or traditional Chinese, making it easy for me to expand my business into new markets. One of the best things about BestChat is the real-time tracking of customer browsing behavior. It allows me to stay ahead of potential customer inquiries and have pre-set Q&A that can be easily customized. Plus, with the weekly data report, I can analyze my chatbot's performance and identify areas for improvement. Excellent chat bot application that is free to use and very user friendly to set it up. I just got it today for my store and everything seems to be working well ! The support team is also prompt to respond to any questions !

bestchat is one of the best communication app with your customers.already a few weeks and I am satisfied .something I would like the editor to add is the personalization of the icon and also adds additional features and if possible even paying keep this chatbot alive.

I love this app so much! I had another chat app installed first, but it didn't have an app for my iPhone. With this service I can also get notified on my iPhone and talk to potential customers when I'm away from the computer. Lots of easy-to-use customisations and features, plus it looks great. I wanted to leave a review because I'm also so impressed with how speedy and polite the customer service were to answer a question I had. Thank you!

Perfect customer service and using experience. Easy to install and set up with all possible channels within minutes. CS helps to test the connection and everything goes well. I like the Wechat connection when you can communicate with Chinese sellers directly. Strongly recommend
