Best App & Best Service! I’ve been using BestDealer for over 2 years now, and I’m very satisfied overall. I’ve tried other platforms before, but Best Dealer is definitely the one that works best for me. Recently, I had some issues with my Shopify orders, and Sophia helped me right away.Patiently guiding me through the technical problems. I’m really grateful for her support. Looking back over these 2+ years of working together, she has always replied to my questions quickly, found me many high-quality suppliers, and handled everything so professionally. I truly appreciate her help and highly recommend BestDealer!

I’m beyond satisfied with the overall experience! Shipping is super fast, the product prices are very competitive, and the quality is excellent. This is an app for AliExpress, which is well-known for low quality items, inconsistent production, long delivery times, and excessive complaints from customers, and this is why we don't do business with AliExpress or any apps that promote them. If this app would add more EU, UK, and UAE suppliers, this might be worthwhile, but as of now, it is not very useful for us. I believe that the concept itself is good, but there just needs to be a much broader database for culminating supplier and product leads for online retailers.

You can set Aliexpress as your order supplier when you connect SKU, and then our system will transfer the order to the Aliexpress supplier you choose. We also keep strong supplier resources, and we provide professional sourcing services, always wanting to help our customers find source suppliers. You can easily post sourcing requests with pictures or product links. Keeping Aliexpress vendors is an attempt to give customers more choices. We prefer our customers choose our suppliers so that we can better control the quality of products since we have QC and after-sale service with our own supplier's goods. Happy to be able to select inventory directly from the supplier its amazing lowers my overhead and made it easy to envision my company from a starting point. It was one the best apps I have used in a long time since opening my online ecommerce website. You can find the products for your store easy and quickly ! Also adding them is even easier ! Literally search for anything you want and you will be able to find it easily !

Great service as always. The service and attention I receive working with the team at BestDealer is phenomenal! Everyone from Jeffrey, Emma and Renee have been outstanding. The app is easy to understand and use. I like the convenience of looking up products by the image or team member, and the shipping options allow me to see rates around the world for each product and price accordingly. Their pricing is also very competitive and I’m able to see proof of average delivery times through their links to 17trak. Thanks Team.
