Best App & Best Service! I’ve been using BestDealer for over 2 years now, and I’m very satisfied overall. I’ve tried other platforms before, but Best Dealer is definitely the one that works best for me. Recently, I had some issues with my Shopify orders, and Sophia helped me right away.Patiently guiding me through the technical problems. I’m really grateful for her support. Looking back over these 2+ years of working together, she has always replied to my questions quickly, found me many high-quality suppliers, and handled everything so professionally. I truly appreciate her help and highly recommend BestDealer!

This is an app for AliExpress, which is well-known for low quality items, inconsistent production, long delivery times, and excessive complaints from customers, and this is why we don't do business with AliExpress or any apps that promote them. If this app would add more EU, UK, and UAE suppliers, this might be worthwhile, but as of now, it is not very useful for us. I believe that the concept itself is good, but there just needs to be a much broader database for culminating supplier and product leads for online retailers.
Hello sir/dear, Thanks for your comment. But I have to clarify that we are not just an app for Aliexpress. You can set Aliexpress as your order supplier when you connect SKU, and then our system will transfer the order to the Aliexpress supplier you choose. We also keep strong supplier resources, and we provide professional sourcing services, always wanting to help our customers find source suppliers. You can easily post sourcing requests with pictures or product links. Keeping Aliexpress vendors is an attempt to give customers more choices. We prefer our customers choose our suppliers so that we can better control the quality of products since we have QC and after-sale service with our own supplier's goods. In your app description, you write you can Source & Import any product from AliExpress & 1688 with One-click publishing to Shopify. that's not true you don't have the ability to add products from 1688 so don't write it in the description,worst app ever don't install it

Used to be okay in the past but now its worse. Customer service is not replying at all! Never mind i dont know the status of the shipped item, but its been more than 3 weeks since i reached support on chat and email and still no reply whatsoever. If something goes wrong, you will not get any help.

WARNING ! If i could give this APP a Zero star i would! Horrible APP. This APP sent fulfillment cancellations to all my existing suppliers with outstanding orders making me have to manually fulfill the orders. And when i placed an order with them, it deleted the item from all sales Chanel. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!!!! DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP! OMG!!! What a pain to fix all the problems it caused. I bet all those 5 star reviews are fake.

I have tried many Dropshipping app, and TopDser is by far the best i have experienced. Their prices are most part the part cheaper than what i was paying on aliexpress. And their customer service is out of this world. A Big thanks to Jade you have sources Hundreds of products for me And Also to Emily who is always here to sort out any Customer related issue
