I can not open this app and want to get help from you, but no one responded. You just keep deducting fees, but users can't get any help from you. Now the app can't be used at all, so I have to remove it, and the money has been paid for nothing. I am very angry.

despite constant issues with their products, the customer support is uninterested and unwilling to help or solve the ongoing issues. they simply pretend that they cannot SEE the problem.
Hi Marina, You know that we showed you screenshots showing our tools working on your website. We also explained multiple times that our email capture tools will NOT display again if you enter your email - to avoid annoying your customers. You blocked us after contacting our customer support this last time. We were always willing to support you. I noticed the last time you contacted our customer support, NONE of your tools were turned ON - that might be the problem, but unfortunately you blocked us before we could reply to you. We wish you the best with your online business.

How do I get in contact with you? Zotabox has stopped working on both of our websites and I've been trying to get it back online for over a week. There is no means to get in contact with support anymore, only an FAQ page?
Hi, we have replied to all of your emails within minutes (like this review response). We have given you screenshots of your contact forms working on your website. We recommend trying in PRIVATE browser to avoid browser cache on your browser. Please take our recommendation. Thanks

What. $12.99 per month and they set a limit on how many impressions there are on your website? Then they tell you to upgrade.
