setting up the app is a PIA. every time i try to do something on the webiste for set up i have to sign in. There is no indication that my work has been saved. looking for a replacement.

You shouldn’t need to sign in repeatedly via the Shopify admin panel, you will stay signed in once you have logged in to your Shopify admin account. And we’re improving the save button for better clarity. I noticed your Contact Form is still active and working well. I can not open this app and want to get help from you, but no one responded. You just keep deducting fees, but users can't get any help from you. Now the app can't be used at all, so I have to remove it, and the money has been paid for nothing. I am very angry.
