setting up the app is a PIA. every time i try to do something on the webiste for set up i have to sign in. There is no indication that my work has been saved. looking for a replacement.
Hello John, Thank you for your feedback! We truly apologize for the setup difficulties. You shouldn’t need to sign in repeatedly via the Shopify admin panel, you will stay signed in once you have logged in to your Shopify admin account. And we’re improving the save button for better clarity. I noticed your Contact Form is still active and working well. despite constant issues with their products, the customer support is uninterested and unwilling to help or solve the ongoing issues. they simply pretend that they cannot SEE the problem.
Hi Marina, You know that we showed you screenshots showing our tools working on your website. We also explained multiple times that our email capture tools will NOT display again if you enter your email - to avoid annoying your customers. You blocked us after contacting our customer support this last time. We were always willing to support you. I noticed the last time you contacted our customer support, NONE of your tools were turned ON - that might be the problem, but unfortunately you blocked us before we could reply to you. We wish you the best with your online business.
How do I get in contact with you? Zotabox has stopped working on both of our websites and I've been trying to get it back online for over a week. There is no means to get in contact with support anymore, only an FAQ page?
Hi, we have replied to all of your emails within minutes (like this review response). We have given you screenshots of your contact forms working on your website. We recommend trying in PRIVATE browser to avoid browser cache on your browser. Please take our recommendation. Thanks
What. $12.99 per month and they set a limit on how many impressions there are on your website? Then they tell you to upgrade.
This App is taking significant amount of loading time. Therefore, we temporarily uninstalled, and waiting for developer priority support to address the issue.
Hi, we responded via email to your query immediately but wanted to answer here as well to not mislead other merchants. The file that you wanted to minimize only takes 95ms. to load and loads AFTER your website loads (not affecting your visitors experience of your website). We can not minimize certain files or it will affect our tools performance on your website. I use the free version it was Very easy to customize. My contact form is gonna work very well. Great job! very helpful.
Have been using the contact form with seldom issue, but recently wanted to try out some of the premium options so set up with a free trial and tried them out, found the IP addresses with contact form submissions didn't work so cancelled my free trial of the plan that offered this and have still been charged $9.99.
Hi, Zotabox has no power to charge merchants without their permission. Also Shopify bills merchants on our behalf (after the merchant has given their permission to be automatically charged at the end of the trial period). That said, we have a very liberal refund policy that if anyone feels they shouldn't have paid we offer a full refund of their last payment. We have just given you a full refund. What issues did you have with 'ip addresses'? We have not heard of this before with 10,000's of merchants. You can contact us directly at [email protected] and we can resolve this issue for you. We see you are a long time customer of Zotabox and we hope our tools have resulted in sales for your store (and money in your pocket). Great app for adding a contact us form to your online store. Very easy to set up! I loved that you can change the background, add the form to your main menu, etc.

Was struggling with another contact form app and was looking for an alternative. Zotabox turned out to be super easy to set up and I was live in a matter of minutes. Even the free version has enough to get a good test out of it and then we can graduate to a higher plan. Excited to see it at work!

Its really a such ideal app, included all the functions which I want to have, of course you need to pay for it, but I think it is worth to pay.
