We also explained multiple times that our email capture tools will NOT display again if you enter your email - to avoid annoying your customers. You blocked us after contacting our customer support this last time. We were always willing to support you. I noticed the last time you contacted our customer support, NONE of your tools were turned ON - that might be the problem, but unfortunately you blocked us before we could reply to you.
