Zotabox Contact Form Builder

I was looking for an easy contact button and this app is perfect.

I just added the "Contact Form" to my Shopify store and am very pleased with it. The form is customizable and looks very professional and unique to my site! I had to do some tinkering to ensure that it works with the Mega Menu app, but I sorted it out quickly and it looks great. Very happy!

I use this app all the time for many clients. So awesome, so dependable, and never experienced a bug. Really a 'plug and play' app and the free version is awesome but the premium features are just amazing!
