No issues whatsoever - we have been using and enjoying this application for a long time. Sleek, well-made and reliable.

I like it! It was super easy to format with my choice of colors and style and is simple enough for what I need. The only thing I don't like is that it drops down so quickly from the main menu which I think makes it look a little cheesy. Maybe a slower speed or a quick fade in instead? But other than that, it's perfect for a free contact us app! Thank you!

My favorite new contact form. I LOVE how much you can customize it with art, colors, fields etc. They also don't fill up your contact correspondence with advertising links. Super easy to integrate and worked immediately on my first try. This app rocks!

This app is so easy to use and since I added it to our site, has increased email sign ups and contact form submissions exponentially. And even when I did get myself into a bit of mess (user error!) the support team was AMAZING.

Realized today it wasn't sending messages to our email. Not sure how long it wasn't doing it. Very sad to think we've been using it since May 2016 so many lost connections with customers.
