AI Contact Form Builder by ZB

Amazing so far! The customization is really what sets this app apart from others. Looks great on my site compared to other apps that I have used!

Very easy to use and exactly what I needed. Finally something FREE that actually works great!

My favorite new contact form. I LOVE how much you can customize it with art, colors, fields etc. They also don't fill up your contact correspondence with advertising links. Super easy to integrate and worked immediately on my first try. This app rocks!

This app is so easy to use and since I added it to our site, has increased email sign ups and contact form submissions exponentially. And even when I did get myself into a bit of mess (user error!) the support team was AMAZING.

As a shopify novice this was extremely easy to use and produced a professional result!! Thank you :)

Very user friendly and easy. Definitely reccomend.

Works great, easy to set up with lots of options for customisation.

Very straight forward, yet well-designed app. It's the best on I found on Shopify.

Fabulous app! Super easy to set-up and looks fantastic on our website!

So far so good! Got it set up quickly and it appears to be working. Thanks!

Very easy to use and was able to use colors of my site and custom photos. Nice!

Very simple and easy to set up. We are now using it in both of our Shopify shops. I love that I can use my own background image and customize the colors to match my stores.

Great app. Super easy to use and ready within minutes. Great Job Zotabox!
