Better Reports is a must have app. Without this app for Shopify i would not be able to continue using shopify as the reporting in shopify is not good enough for our needs.

I have used the Better Reports app on multiple websites and most of the time really easy to use the "canned" reports or Modify to fit a specific need. Customer Service is the best when I have needed extra help. Keanna has been very responsive and provides answers/solutions very quickly.

This has been an extremely helpful app for our accounting needs. The main task we use it for is to separate our unfulfilled from fulfilled orders, but there's a ton of different things that the app can do. The support team has also been wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

They have made us custom reports that revolve around exactly what we need every time we have reached out to customer support. They haven't gotten stumped yet! Quick response time and accurate reporting. Great app!

This app has been great! We just reached out to them to build us a customer report, and they responded and delivered very quickly! Plus, it was just what we were looking for...and then some!! Highly recommend.

Better Reports has a ton of pre-baked reports useful right out of the box, but where they shine is the flexibility to customize and build you own reports. And where they really shine is their customer support. Claudia has helped us build multiple reports and the responsiveness is super impressive!

Fast custom reports! Better Reports was able to curate the exact report I needed with context from a single chat message! Awesome customer service!

Better Reports is an excellent and affordable application designed to provide helpful KPIs. I was working with a very expensive product beforehand and was nervous to switch over, but it's been a breeze. The best part about this platform though is the customer service (Keanna - you are a rockstar!) They were so helpful and patient and that is something hard to find on some of these other platforms. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Well what can I say. I needed to calculate fulfilment company commission based on sales which was at different percentage levels per product type and also user group. We had 4 user groups. I managed to achieve a part solution but then had to ask for support. I was amazed that within 24 hrs a custom solution was created which works exactly as we need. Ciara in support was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Been using the app for around 1 week now and have created several other solutions which simply aren’t possible using Shopify default reports, including inventory management. Some of which required further customisation by support which again was no trouble. All reports are now scheduled to send on the required dates for full atomisation. Cant recommend the app enough. A real bargain compared to the amount of time saved.
