Well what can I say. I needed to calculate fulfilment company commission based on sales which was at different percentage levels per product type and also user group. We had 4 user groups. I managed to achieve a part solution but then had to ask for support. I was amazed that within 24 hrs a custom solution was created which works exactly as we need. Ciara in support was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Been using the app for around 1 week now and have created several other solutions which simply aren’t possible using Shopify default reports, including inventory management. Some of which required further customisation by support which again was no trouble. All reports are now scheduled to send on the required dates for full atomisation. Cant recommend the app enough. A real bargain compared to the amount of time saved.

This is a great app. Not only can you add all the filters you need to run a report, but also you can ask a human being for assistance. Highly recommend this app for Shopify. THANK YOU Claudia

Great customer support! Claudia was wonderful in helping me create a report that met my needs. She gave me tips on how to fine tune it and I was able to do that on my own. Great app!

Best Shopify app available. With this app I’m able to create super cool and helpfull reports. Also great thanks to Claudia from support for helping me out customizing the reports.

A powerful and easy to use report tool. You can start with one of the built in reports and easily save it as a custom report and redesign it in the way you want. The support is amazing. I reached out to them when I needed help with a report. I got a very swift response from Claudia who created a new version of the report where she adjusted it just the way I needed it, and also posted a very instructive and enjoyable video.

Great app. Great reports. Customer support is very responsive to create custom columns for reports. We needed an AOV calculation and they created the calculation and sent loom to explain. Highly recommended.

This blows the native shopify reporting out of the water! Super handy, and Claudia at Better Reports has been super kind and helpful in helping me get some reports off the ground! $40 well spent.
