Great app. Great reports. Customer support is very responsive to create custom columns for reports. We needed an AOV calculation and they created the calculation and sent loom to explain. Highly recommended.

This blows the native shopify reporting out of the water! Super handy, and Claudia at Better Reports has been super kind and helpful in helping me get some reports off the ground! $40 well spent.

Amazing app and the best and most important part: the customer service is AMAZING and HUMAN! There is no chatbot you have to get through, you just go straight to a human who is VERY VERY knowledgeable on how the app works. Claudia is who I have worked with and she is so so so helpful! Incredible app for custom reporting with great functionality. Support was fast and thorough, Ciara was great.

For data gathering, we used to use Matrixify but switched to Better Reports for much faster and more dynamic reporting tools. Incredible customer service (they made a custom video demonstrating the feature I was asking about), highly recommend Better Reports.
