Easy to pull Shopify data and great customer support if you need help building reports

Subject: Appreciation for Ciara Delaney’s Outstanding Support I’m still fairly new to working with Shopify, and recently we needed to generate reports to assist with sales tax compliance after meeting our economic thresholds in several states. Throughout this process, Ciara Delaney has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and responsive—never once showing frustration with my questions or frequent change requests. Her professionalism and positive attitude have made this transition so much easier. Die App funktioniert extrem gut. Durch die Integration im Shopify-Backend, ist die Berechnung extrem schnell und die Synchronisation der Daten erfolgt praktisch in Echtzeit. Claudia vom Support-Team hat uns beim einigen Custom-Anpassungen geholfen und alle unsere Wünsche sofort umgesetzt. Die Kommunikation und Umsetzungszeit waren perfekt! Eine absolute Empfehlung!

I really enjoy using this app for my everyday work. One feature that would make it even better would be the ability to lock reports, so that no one can accidentally make changes. Having that option would be a huge win-win tool for protecting data accuracy and preventing mistakes.

Great service from Claudia at Better Reports. Requests for new reports to be written are turned around very fast. Recommended for stores that require more detailed reporting than Shopify provides and/or owners who don't have the time to create reports from scratch.

The limit is your imagination. Better Reports are there to help you in any type of report you need, and also assist you into improving it as well.

Awesome report app. I use it on multiple Shopify Shops. The support is great especially if you need a custom report made.

The developers of this app are highly responsive. I needed help with a couple of customized reports, they created it for me, they ran it for me, and they have it being emailed to me automatically each month. The reports are also much more detailed than Shopify offers. I thought it was a little pricey, however their customer service has proven it to be worth it. Thanks so much.

First up your software interface is waaaaaaay to complicated. Really cannot work it out. Waaaaaay too many options on there, it’s too intimidating. Also, no phone support? wtf? Picking up the phone is the easiest and most direct form of comms. 3/10

If I could give this app and their customer 100 stars I would. I have used this app daily for 5 years. I’m amazed again and again the power of data I have at my fingertips at any given moment. The customer support is second to none. They are extremely fast, friendly, patient, and do whatever it takes to help you get any information you need. I can’t imagine doing business without this app. It’s a game changer! It pays for itself over and over.
