I love this app! It can get a little complicated BUT any time you hit a snag just hit up their support and you’ll have an answer in 24hrs. You can get really deep in the weeds (in a good way) with this app.

We currently are using Shopify for our online sales but are interested in using Shopify to do our point of scale. From a volume pespective, this is a big jump from what we are currently doing. We were looking at different ways of getting the necessary details out for of Shopify for an upload to our accounts system. This included trying different versions of Shopify, reaching to other users of Shopify etc.. but with limited success. To cut to the chase "Better Reports" was better than expected. It pulled together the information and enabled us to schedule a daily export of the custom report we needed. But really surprised use was "Better Reports" Support and their "Complimentary report service". Increibly prompt and very helpful, all in the space of a day or 2 we had our answer. Big shout out to Claudia in their Support Team.

The Better Reports app is great. It offers a lot more customizability than the standard Shopify reports. Their support is quick to respond, and will even assist in creating reports or specific dimensions. Well worth the money

My experience with this app has so far been STELLAR. The app is intuitive and easy to use on its own, but if you get stuck the team is extremely responsive and helpful. I was assisted by Keanna in making reports for my finance team twice and it was both fast and easy. Highly recommend!

The ability to ask for customized reports has been extremely useful to us. Their response is very fast.

We originally downloaded Better Reports to schedule & distribute reports to emails that don't have access to Shopify. Our team has greatly benefited from from this feature alone and beyond. Not only is it able to run detailed reports by location, device, user, product department, payment type, etc...but it can also link different Shopify stores to view a single report from both stores. Their customer service is excellent and has helped quick turn reports (tables AND graph reports) with continued flexibility. It does have a little bit of a learning curve....but since our current business lacks a robust IT or analytics department, Better Reports has become one of my favorite apps.

After switching to Shopify as our POS system for our Gift Shop, we had no functional reports or a means to create them through Shopify. We discovered Better Reports which created specific reports for our business. We had a great customer service connection, with exceptional delivery and follow-up.

Really great app. The app allows you to look at data many ways. Also their support team is very responsive. I have gone to them many times with questions and requests. They have built custom fields for my business needs. I've recommend this app to a few vendors
