WOW! Pretty much sums it up! Same day service, usually just hours til that report Shopify doesn’t have is made by Better Reports team and ready to use. Best $20 I spend a month to have reports look just like my old POS used to have them set up, so everyone is still on the same page when we talk numbers!

The app works well and has enough flexibility to create really powerful reports. But I really can’t say enough about their support! Surprisingly, unexpectedly great!

Really great customer support. The app is fantastic. 5 stars! Have helped resolved a lot of our reporting pains of vanilla Shopify. Also, the automation feature is great!

Great customer service from Claudia to get a custom report done within minutes of my first email request. Still evaluating this reporting app - it would be great if it had a dashboard capability. Really miss that feature.

This app is awesome! So many options for prebuilt, powerful reports. And then you can create your own custom reports and include a TON of information. Then, the best part is being able to schedule reports so that they can be emailed to you every day or on whatever schedule you need. The customer service is incredible. I had a questions about adding a specific field to my custom report, and I received a reply from Claudia in less than 10 minutes that she had added it to my report for me. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to level up their reporting capability in Shopify!

Support staff is EXCELLENT. Fast response, efficient, accurate and courteous. They don't just send links or videos, they actually resolve the inquiry, explain how they did it and all within a very short timeframe. I recommend this platform and support staff immensely!

Better Reports is amazing - amazing functionality, amazing performance, amazing customer service. I had never even though an app experience could be this good. There's a reason their reviews are so stellar. I hope they keep it up!!

Super easy app that allows you to build your own custom reports. Love the scheduling tool as well. Support is super responsive and very helpful!

We worked with Kritesh to develop a very specific style of report that we needed for our store and he was so patient, helpful, and timely in responding with every iteration we wanted to try. He was able to make the report just the way we wanted it! This app is very powerful with the pre-made reports it has as well, and the ability to schedule reports to send to our accountant, etc. is so nice to be able to take one more thing off our plate each month.

Great help on my day-to-day work as I'm alone doing all the ecommerce work from its management to operations. It helps me not wasting my time buidlign the report and focus on analysing them and finding insights rather than spending hours on excel building tables.

So far so good with these guys. This reporting app is more than the others but after using it for a few days I now know why. Support is fantastic and the data that moves from Shopify to the app is so much faster than the other reporting app I tried. Price has been justified!

Not only are the possibilities for customizable reports very great to have, but Claudia from Better Reports has helped us to actually take advantage of the many different features/reports! That's been very significant especially, as we have both access to a great app and extremely responsive support when it comes to how to use it :)
