BR ‑ Better Reports

My experience with this app has so far been STELLAR. The app is intuitive and easy to use on its own, but if you get stuck the team is extremely responsive and helpful. I was assisted by Keanna in making reports for my finance team twice and it was both fast and easy. Highly recommend!

We originally downloaded Better Reports to schedule & distribute reports to emails that don't have access to Shopify. Our team has greatly benefited from from this feature alone and beyond. Not only is it able to run detailed reports by location, device, user, product department, payment type, etc...but it can also link different Shopify stores to view a single report from both stores. Their customer service is excellent and has helped quick turn reports (tables AND graph reports) with continued flexibility. It does have a little bit of a learning curve....but since our current business lacks a robust IT or analytics department, Better Reports has become one of my favorite apps.

Better Reports has been instrumental in creating custom reports that are helping to evaluate our business performance. One report was a table showing the correllation of products purchased together... which has helped us very much with our cross marketing of products. Great customer service. Responsive and very willing to jump in to help create a report when asked.
