This app and its support team are both extremely helpful. It's completely changed the way we pull reports and look at data! The support team responds almost immediately and has never failed to complete a request. They've done everything from building entire reports to creating custom fields to allow us to pull more accurate reports.

We just started trialing Better Reports and so far I'm very happy with the support that we have received. We needed to create a custom report and the agent helping me (Claudia) stayed on and worked on the report until we were satisfied. Good support is so hard to find these days and makes a huge difference. Thank you again Claudia!

This app allowed me to look at historical sales data with ease. Way less than upgrading shopify plans/etc. Support super responsive and able to help quickly. Definitely would recommend!

I use better reports for shopify on a daily basis. The number one reason to choose this reporting is that their customer service will help make custom reports if there is anything that it doesn't have out of the box.

This app is great, however it does take a little bit of getting used too. The team have been supportive when we needed help and sent us a video to help walk us through. There are heaps of functions to pull your reports through. Thanks a bunch.

This app is a must for anyone needing more detailed reports! Customer service is outstanding! They are very responsive via Chat and Email. Haven't found an issue yet they weren't able to assist with. Highly recommend!

I don't like that we have to pay for more expansive reports within our POS app but the excellent customer service from better reports makes the cost worth it! They are very responsive and have a "yes we can" attitude!

This app gets an A+ from us. We use this app to pull important data from Shopify and Recharge that we'd otherwise be unable to obtain. Their support gets an A+ because they quickly helped us create some new unique reports and showed us how to easily build reports and access the information we need on our own.

Better Reports has a ton of useful report templates. It's also easy to make a custom report. When I run into a snag customer service via chat has been extremely quick and helpful. Thanks!
