Everything Shopify Reporting does not let you do can be done with this app. For our use case, it was nice to filter by Order Tags.

I've used this app for over three years and am very happy with the amount of data it makes available. The customer service team has always been top-notch and willing to help. Easily a 5-star app with 10-star service.

Claudia is always a huge help! In the last several weeks, I have asked for multiple reports, and I have always been satisfied. She is amazing. She worked with me for weeks, did everything I asked, and was able to make the perfect report for me and my needs. I would recommend her to anyone. She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Better Reports was a huge time-saver for us when we needed to file our state sales tax. There are a lot of helpful ways to filter your sales data, so you can get the most accurate reports possible.

I do not usually write reviews but there was no way I could miss writing one about this software. Better reports made my whole reporting very smooth and easy. Specifically their team member Claudia - whoever is reading this, you should know that the reason I am subscribed is her support level. If you are a client thinking of getting a great product with the best support team, Better Reports is a no brainer.

I have only been working with Better Reports for a few days, but so far any time I have requested help running a report they have responded super quickly with exactly what I want and some other options. I would rate their Customer Service EXCEPTIONAL! Claudia rocks!

Great app which provides us with all the in-depth reports we need, while still on shopify basic plan. The support offered is second to none too - fast response times and quick to find solutions to any queries we have raised. Happy to recommend.

Don't bother installing the others, none are nearly as good as Better Reports. This is the app you need and the team behind it will build almost anything you ask for.

Love how it's so flexibility that I can customise which data to include on the report. The support team response are quick and solve the concerns seamlessly. Love this app.

Wow, it's like having a analytics expert on staff! We recently migrated to Shopify POS from Quickbooks POS. I used to spend a lot of time every week pulling multiple reports from QBPOS, combining and manipulating them in Excel to get the info I needed to analyze sales and inventory. Our Shopify rep recommended Better Reports and I'm sure glad she did! It can be a little intimidating at first because there are SO many reports available. I emailed support for help creating a customized sales report and Claudia got back to me quickly and already had it done. So, I asked her for 3 more reports --and they're done. Fantastic! This will save me a lot of time going forward. I highly recommend this app!

Awesome app! Best detailed reporting we have found. Shopify should have this type of reporting natively. Also excellent customer service!!!

We have over 15 Shopify accounts and by automating and scheduling reports, we have been able to save a lot of time and manpower on the analytics side. We are now able to produce daily dashboards across our different locations and companies. Better Reports is great to work with as they are responsive and have great customer service. I would recommend this app to any Shopify user looking to analyze data rather than having to constantly export reports manually.

WOW! Pretty much sums it up! Same day service, usually just hours til that report Shopify doesn’t have is made by Better Reports team and ready to use. Best $20 I spend a month to have reports look just like my old POS used to have them set up, so everyone is still on the same page when we talk numbers!

The app works well and has enough flexibility to create really powerful reports. But I really can’t say enough about their support! Surprisingly, unexpectedly great!

Great customer service from Claudia to get a custom report done within minutes of my first email request. Still evaluating this reporting app - it would be great if it had a dashboard capability. Really miss that feature.

This app is awesome! So many options for prebuilt, powerful reports. And then you can create your own custom reports and include a TON of information. Then, the best part is being able to schedule reports so that they can be emailed to you every day or on whatever schedule you need. The customer service is incredible. I had a questions about adding a specific field to my custom report, and I received a reply from Claudia in less than 10 minutes that she had added it to my report for me. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to level up their reporting capability in Shopify!
