I used this app to create a report of sales by state. Shopify basic does not offer this basic report and this app is very complete and robust to create almost everything (I have not tried completely) and the customer support is good!

This app provides us much better reporting on all aspects of our store. And the ability to easily modify reports is huge. I've also requested several custom reports that they created for me....response was incredibly fast and they were very easy to work with. Overall this is a great reporting tool to add to your Shopify store. I'd definitely recommend Better Reports to anyone.

We love Better Reports! It has helped tremendously with sending reports and they are immediately on it, whatever the question! If we could change one thing, it would be that we would prefer to speak to someone on the phone.

Our business is very complex and we had custom reports written with custom code for everything. Once Better Reports allowed developers to use their SQL Server to create custom variables I was sold. It's transformed the way we do reporting and we've been able to remove thousands of lines of code from our codebase and give a lot more freedom to the non-engineering departments to monitor KPIs and other reports.

This review is not in regards to Better Reports functionality. We loaded the free trial, loved what we saw, but ultimately did not move forward as we were not ready to on our side. This review is in regards to the professional service and response we received during this trial process. They were quick to assist us getting it spun up (which is pretty easy) but when we were looking for some reporting information that did not appear to be there "out of the box" they created this report quickly without us really asking. It rare to see this level of response and service these days so it should not go unacknowledged.

I wanted to be able to look at different reports and inventory amount so I decided to get the Better Reports app...I am so glad I did!! I can look at totals or orders, inventory and other things from so many different angles...it really opens your eyes to everything going on in your store!!

Good app, allows you to filter out information. We used it to prepare cash flow statements, the app made it a lot easier to get the right information and numbers. Our products were illogically stored in Shopify yet with the help of this app we were able to prepare a good report nonetheless!

Better Reports unlocked so much more information that we were not able to get out of our version of Shopify. In addition, their support team is very quick to respond and help us to create the report that we need.

I am so thrilled that I discovered Better Reports. It has made a world of difference. We have atypical reporting needs as a nonprofit, and not only does Better Reports have the capability to get me the reports I need, but the folks who work on the app are amazing! I was a bit turned off at first that you couldn't get phone support, but they are so attentive to email communication that it doesn't matter. I was able to explain our bizarre and specific needs, and they made us custom reports and explained to us what was and wasn't possible within shopify as well as suggested some work arounds to get the info we needed. And, every time I come up with a new need, there they are responding to my many questions. I've loved working with everybody there. You can't go wrong with Better Reports, high value if you need anything beyond shopify's canned reports.

This app is exactly what we needed to see more granualar reporting and insights into all aspects of our business, something which Shopify out-of-the-box reporting was lacking. The Better Reports support team is one of the best support teams I've come across, their response times are extremely quick and they can create absolutely any report that we ask for or are struggling to create ourselves with a really quick turnaround. Highly recommended.

We use the app to supplement Shopify reports. It is very easy to modify reports or just filter data in order to get the information needed to make decisions. Support has been fast and provides needed assistance in order to optimize use of the app.
