BR ‑ Better Reports

I use the app for running far more sophisticated and complex reports that I can from Shopify. The subscription is not cheap, however, one receives a platinum class service which can save me not hours, but days of work and pulls data, which I cannot, from raw Shopify. Yes painful to pay but well worth the money. Their staff are highly knowledgeable and respond with working solutions in a very short timeframe.

Very easy to set up custom fields and reports for our planning needs. Customer Service is wonderful, too.

They are always very quick to reply to any requests and make adjustments as needed. We always have a great experience with Better Reports!

The experts at Better Reports were so helpful in creating custom reports that have made bookkeeping 1000 times easier. They have pre made reports that are very beneficial as well, but anything else we needed they were happy to create while also explaining why there is so much nuance with the Shopify reports. The best reporting app!

This app is amazing! Detailed reporting is so much easier with this app and the reporting is so robust. Highly recommend- especially for separating our reporting based on collections (which is a function shopify doesnt have).

Better Reports team are helpful and supportive, helping you build constructive reports and effective supports for workflow. The structuring is pretty complex for a new comer so I do suggest using support in the short term while you get the hang of it. Dustin.

Better Reports is a great app. I was easily able to build custom reports and support was always very fast to respond when I couldn't figure something out.

Endlessly useful data reporting tool - have been able to pull far more information out of Better Reports than Shopify. The best part is the team at Better Reports that go above and beyond to provide support and help you get the data you need. 10 stars if I could!
