I've been using Better Reports for a few weeks now and it's really opened up how we can use shopify reporting and immediately added value and insight into our customer shopping trends. The customisation is huge with this App and really breaks down the walls Shopify put up around it's reporting. What's even better, however, is the support. The response time is incredible and the agents are always incredibly helpful and willing to support on anything, even just as simple as navigation or finding the right measure they already have in. They are also happy to help build reports if you are struggling.

We were hesitant to move away from our old desktop POS system to Shopify POS due to the lack of reporting. That was until we found Better Reports. It has a library of stock and custom reports that we needed to make the transition. The scheduling features are also extremely handy. The support has always been very responsive and helpful, I would highly recommend Better Reports.

I love this app and its customer support team so much! This app feels limitless is what it can do. The report capabilities are so much better than the basic Shopify reports. If for any reason you get stumped on how to build a report or need more ways to compare your data, the Better Reports team always comes through and makes it all work. Truly one of the best customer service teams I've ever dealt with.

Kritesh and Better Reports have restored my faith in customer service, best I have ever experienced. I needed a very specific custom report written and Kritesh got my requirement absolutely bang on. Nothing was too much trouble, immediate response to every tweak I needed, finishing up with a video call to make sure I was happy. Can't recommend them enough.

So far so good. The customer service is excellent and all emails were answered the same day with custom revisions made to my saved reports.

I used this app to pull a list of customers subscribed to marketing emails and was able to modify and input the list to another app for our marketing campaigns. It was quick, simple and very helpful when I needed it urgently. Looking forward to taking advantage of more reports.

We are a not for profit supplying new clothing free of charge to our customers who are also charities. Almost all of Shopify reports are based around $ which means they are of no use to us. Better Reports has enabled us to extract data in a different way and in much more detail. Their customer service is fantastic - really responsive and helpful, especially with creating custom reports on request. 100% recommend.

This has been a fantastic tool to help us dig deeper into the stats of the site to get a more accurate pic of inventory and sales. Response and help time from the team has been fantastic! Every store on shopify should use this tool to really understand what's going on on the site.

Customer service is outstanding - I often hear back the same day of reaching out. They offer tips to create reports and if there isn't a feature available to get the data you're looking for, they'll create a custom report for you. There are several variables I hope will added to the filter list. Overall great app and worth the price.

The App: A really useful App, it creates detailed reports pulling out all sorts of information in different combinations according to one's needs. The only slight issue I found is not knowing what the various fields meant...saying that, I am not that technical and this is where their fantastic Staff come in.... The Staff: If I need a particular Report, I email and staff have come back to me very fast with a solution and sometimes a video to explain how to acheive what I want!!! BRILLIANT. I must mention Keanna who has been awesome and has always got back to me straight away with a solution on how to tailor a report. Sadly they don't have a phone number so sometimes if one wants a solution on how to achieve a particular report, one has to articulate what one wants in an email. However the response is always swift and if you ask for an explanation on how to do x,y,z; you will get an explanation. I would recommend Better Reports...It is a great product and has saved us hours and hours which we can utilise to focus on the business... Multiform Canada

All I can say is I am blown away by the number of reports Better Reports provides for you. And to think I was about to upgrade to the Shopify Advanced plan just for their reports and analytics. Better Reports just made my life 1000x easier. Definitely worth $20 a month.
