Really easy and knowledgeable customer service team to work with and a good all around app for reporting. Theres alot that Shopify cannot do and they are too busy to look into reporting so this app is a fantastic alternative for our store. I am currently on a trial with this store so will re-review once I have experienced the customer support once we are paying customers.

When I was waiting to receive new inventory I hates sending potential buyers away with a "Sold Out" message. But this app helped give an alternate action people could take to keep them connected.

We have just started using Better Reports and so far this app is everything we dreamed of and more. We can create any kind of report we require. Often with other reporting systems we have been limited to customer information in one report and sales information in another report but with Better Reports we can have it all in one report and in any layout we like. Their support has been exemplary. Not only do they respond quickly and politely but the team is also open to making reports for us if we are stuck. No extra charge. Better Reports has seriously upped our analytics. The custom reports allow me to pull the exact information that I am looking for, without the hassle of a bunch of complicated excel files. We've had this app for about two months and it is already the most useful app that we have. Their support team is very supportive and quick to reply. The team at Better Reports are an absolute pleasure to deal with and, as yet, I've not found anything that I want reporting on that they can't help me with. They respond so quickly and are so helpful it's genuinely a pleasure and a delight that I have this app on my store. It has paid for itself over and over again by me having the ability to look at my data in ways that Shopify can barely do.

Great customer support. We needed reports using tags as well as some other info so we reached out and they created and linked us to the reports quickly. Excellent customer service. Recommended if you're needing to run regular reports outside of Shopify's capabilities.
