As an experienced retailer it's been hard to find a no nonsense / intuitive app where you can manipulate data and report on all fields available in Shopify. This is a one stop shop for everything from sales / customer / inventory / margin (and more) reporting. If something isn't available they will add it. The support so far has been outstanding. The app isn't pretty, but nor is excel so I don't mind. It's also not cheap (I'm paying the full subscription) but happy to pay as it's saved so many headaches.

Better Reports is an incredible app that has completely revolutionized the way we do reporting across our business. The app is very intuitive, and the support team is very responsive and able to assist in the creation of any custom report.

This is a great app, the customer service is absolutely amazing! Anytime I need a special report, I ask for help and then they set it all up for you pretty quickly.

The single best app in Shopify. The power and flexiblity combined with the speed and helpfulness of the support team are exceptional. Shopify could spend hundreds of thousands of dollars building out the functionality that this app offers and wouldn't come close to it. We have the reports connected to a full Business Intelligence dashboard in Power BI that provides information and analysis to the whole business. Thanks BR team.

Better Report has really improved our shop. They set-up many custom reports for us for us to help track customers buying habits. They can pretty much measure anything and once the report is built you can run it whenever you want. This is helping us to tailor offerings to certain customers. We now know if a customer purchases x then they are likely to buy y. This helps us target promotions. My recommendation would be to take advantage of the 14 day free trail. Ask the support team (they are very responsive) to make your dream report and see how you like it! Nothing but good things to say about this app and team.

I was looking for a report to give our business insight into our fulfillment performance and Better Reports' support team built out 3 custom reports for me in less than 12 hours. It gave me exactly the information I was looking for and couldn't have been easier.

This is a very useful addon for analytics and reporting. We needed some more detailed custom reports and their customer service was excellent and fast. Helped us setup custom fields to pull out order receipt metadata which were not initially available.

I used this app to get a report by state, to simplify paperwork necessary for business license renewal, and tax filing. Keanna Driedger really came through for me, by creating a custom report for me!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
