This is an invaluable app to run both ad hoc and regular reports. The customization is outstanding. Their customer support is attentive and answers complex questions about how to calculate different measures and dimensions. Couldn't do business without it!

We need to prepare a report that selects only Drop-Ship items for a report to our fulfillment house. Better Reports does that well and allows us to filter out Cancelled and Archived orders too.

I used this app to create a report to assess the possible financial impact of cancellations due Covid19 - I tagged all products that are affected in Shopify and then created a report using Better Reports which listed all orders (including order value, date, status) which were tagged "covid"! It was very straightforward, I tried 2 other report apps today but Better Reports is the only one that worked for me.

Great app with amazing customer service. Very easy to modify every report, add filters and change the output and best, if a field is missing, just click on the link that ready "need a custom field?" and in no time you'll receive an email with a new report. Can't ask for a better app to manage all my reporting needs.

This is the third site I have installed this app on and, somehow, it gets better and better each time. Customer service is unparalleled. There is no other app that gives you the flexibility and control in running your business the way YOU need to, versus the way Shopify capabilities allow. It is a game changer when it comes to using Shopify for non-traditional online sale use (such as restaurants and class-heavy educational groups). Really good and effective app that helps us a lot. Any report is possible. You only need to ask the right questions and this app will get you the answer. Great customer service, fast, kind and professional.

First off, the reporting is hands down the best, most powerful option out there. Customization is so easy and quick. If you need something custom, you can message them. I needed something special and Kritesh in the matter of about 2 minutes had a custom field set up for me to pull my reporting / auto updating a special field. Incredible app & Incredible customer service. Thanks again Kritesh

Better reports has very robust reports available to help manage your business. However if the canned reports they have already created are not what you are looking for, their support team is amazing at creating custom reports to help you manage your site and business and you don't have to pay anything more for these customize reports.

[as of 08/25/22] Claudia did an excellent job understanding my problem and replying promptly with an explanation! I especially appreciate her attention to detail, including relevant screenshots of the Shopify database. I have corresponded with the BR support team since 2020, and they have never ever disappointed me. Consistently outstanding support from the whole team, including Keanna, Rishika, Tiia, and Kritesh.

I set up custom reports in a jiffy, with exactly the data I needed for our processes. When I ran into a snag, the customer support was simply excellent, putting together a custom field for me in a matter of seconds. Highly recommended!
