My experience with Better Reports has been exceptional. The reports actually grabbed more than I thought they would. The support team has been amazing, so helpful, and quick to respond! This App really works for our business needs. Many custom options, easy to use and access. The support team are always very responsive and create customised reports for you, if you are not sure how. Has changed the way we do things for the better!

Better Reports has developed many out of the box custom reports that work so well with Shopify. You are able to set up your own customer reports, however, I highly recommend letting them do it for you. There is no cost and they are quick to get back with you. I've been using them with various companies I work with for about 7 years and they continue to provide excellent solutions for custom reporting.

There is nothing better (pun intended) than Better Reports for truly unlocking all the data from your Shopify store. Need to breakdown sales by payment gateway? Done. Need to create a customer segmented order over time report? Done. There is a learning curve, and only thing I'd think would help would be a glossary or faq of what Shopify calls different fields as it's not straight forward what Shopify calls things and how it relates here on Better Reports but otherwise their support is always willing to help :) I've used this on every Shopify store I've owned or managed to get data for marketing reports, for our finance team, for tax reconciliation, and more!

In short: the app makes evaluating Shopify data much easier. There are lots of customizable templates to choose from, and if you need something special, the support team responds to your request extremely quickly. I highly recommend it!
