Super App and customer support is excellent, very quick turnaround on queries and super helpful. Easy to use also.

Very powerful tool with great flexibility in what can be reported on. If you have an understanding of pivot tables it's super easy to use. I also really like that you can schedule exports either via email or automatically (e.g. hourly) to a google sheet (which helps us mash it with GA data and use Data Studio as a visualisation tool). The support is swift and high quality - e.g. if you need to add any custom fields. Great value.

Exceptional app for reporting and the customer service is even better. I would highly advise downloading.

I needed the app to create customized reports. I was surprised that they offer free customer service. The rep was very good and answered my questions and created the report I needed quickly.

Great app, best helpdesk asked for a report, and they directly made it. Fast and easy reporting after your data is loaded into the app.

This is the best app to use for generating reports. Their support team is also very kind and prompt with their responses. If you're using a different app to generate reports, you need to switch to Better Reports ASAP.

The Better Reports app has been a useful tool for our company. The customer support staff have been really helpful, and their response time is quick and efficient. They have helped in creating custom reports to better suit our needs!

Better reports is the bridge I was looking for to reflect all the gaps that came with normal shopify reporting. Not only is it user friendly and accurate, but the team there is eager to help me create any reports I need help with.

Quick response, solving a long standing reporting issue unique to my business model associated with the Zapiet app we use! Awesome! Now to solve the pdf export orientation and it'll be perfect!

No app can create the detailed reports the Better Reports can. Also, the customer service is fantastic!

If it wasn’t for the Better Reports app we’d have ditched Shopify for another platform. This app makes it possible to get the financial reporting necessary to reconcile Shopify’s deposits in Quickbooks. Something that would otherwise not be possible. Also a big shout out to Kritesh from the Better Reports support team for providing excellent app customer support in a timely manner.

Loving this app! The reports are great and able to custom make to really get the data you are after. Kritesh was so helpful and helping me custom make the reports i was after and very responsive and quick to get back to me. Would highly recommend adding Better Reports to your Shopify site. Also the feature that you can schedule reports to run themselves and have them emailed to you for the start of the day is a function I'm looking forward to setting up will save so much time weekly.

Have just started using Better Reports and so far so great! I've been able to get detailed inventory reports with cost and retail (not available in other apps) as well as great sales reports. I've always argued these features should be part of Shopify but at least this app provides it. I wish it was a little cheaper but with the amount of time it will save me trying to create reports and harvest data it will be worth the $40/month. Also, the response has been very fast and helpful with creating custom reports and helping me schedule them. I'm very pleased with Better Reports!

After looking for a reporting solution for years we tried again, trial of this and that and this one actually works and the support was best ever received. Response in minutes not days. Worth it check it out. Saves us lots of time and manual mistakes we used to make doing data dumps and working in excell

This app is the most used and most helpful app on our store! Don't even think about running a Shopify store without it. Customer service is AMAZING - prompt, concise and very technical. Seriously, can't recommend this app enough.
