It's difficult to put into words how good the customer support is on this app and Kritesh in particular has been outstanding. Having tried another app and wasted 4 weeks of inaccurate reports and poor communication and interpretation of our needs from the other app developers, we chose BetterReports and could not be happier. It is a powerful app that has achieved things we were told were not possible by the other app developers. They are super-quick in replying and we've never had to clarify our requirements beyond the initial request - they've always got it spot on, first time. I cannot recommend it highly enough if you're looking for a reporting tool that meets complex needs and the very best in customer service response.

I am honestly amazed by how responsive and effective the support team is. The software itself is excellent. Real time report done right. I love how they perform at this high level from addressing business needs, to software performance to tech support. You don't see this everyday.

This is an invaluable app to run both ad hoc and regular reports. The customization is outstanding. Their customer support is attentive and answers complex questions about how to calculate different measures and dimensions. Couldn't do business without it!

We need to prepare a report that selects only Drop-Ship items for a report to our fulfillment house. Better Reports does that well and allows us to filter out Cancelled and Archived orders too.

This is the third site I have installed this app on and, somehow, it gets better and better each time. Customer service is unparalleled. There is no other app that gives you the flexibility and control in running your business the way YOU need to, versus the way Shopify capabilities allow. It is a game changer when it comes to using Shopify for non-traditional online sale use (such as restaurants and class-heavy educational groups). First off, the reporting is hands down the best, most powerful option out there. Customization is so easy and quick. If you need something custom, you can message them. I needed something special and Kritesh in the matter of about 2 minutes had a custom field set up for me to pull my reporting / auto updating a special field. Incredible app & Incredible customer service. Thanks again Kritesh

Better reports has very robust reports available to help manage your business. However if the canned reports they have already created are not what you are looking for, their support team is amazing at creating custom reports to help you manage your site and business and you don't have to pay anything more for these customize reports.

[as of 08/25/22] Claudia did an excellent job understanding my problem and replying promptly with an explanation! I especially appreciate her attention to detail, including relevant screenshots of the Shopify database. I have corresponded with the BR support team since 2020, and they have never ever disappointed me. Consistently outstanding support from the whole team, including Keanna, Rishika, Tiia, and Kritesh.
