BR ‑ Better Reports

Really quick and knowledgeable customer service team to work with and a good all around app for reporting. There's a lot that Shopify cannot do and they are too busy to look into very specific reporting so this app is a fantastic add on to our store.

When I was waiting to receive new inventory I hates sending potential buyers away with a "Sold Out" message. But this app helped give an alternate action people could take to keep them connected.

The app is great, but what makes this service really work is the fact that you have such responsive developers who help with custom reports, etc! I was helped by Keanna Driedger, who was absolutely stellar!

We have just started using Better Reports and so far this app is everything we dreamed of and more. We can create any kind of report we require. Often with other reporting systems we have been limited to customer information in one report and sales information in another report but with Better Reports we can have it all in one report and in any layout we like. exactly what i needed for my basic shopify store without paying so much more to jump to the next level. made it super easy to find the analytics on everything i was looking for!

Better Reports has seriously upped our analytics. The custom reports allow me to pull the exact information that I am looking for, without the hassle of a bunch of complicated excel files. I used this app to provide additional Inventory, Sales and Cost of goods sold information. I have also used it in the past to get more detail by location. The support is amazing - fast and accurate.

These reports give you the option to customize it completely and send yourself and your team updates whenever you choose on a schedule. Super convenient. The team is responsive and helpful.

Great customer support. We needed reports using tags as well as some other info so we reached out and they created and linked us to the reports quickly. Excellent customer service. Recommended if you're needing to run regular reports outside of Shopify's capabilities.

Super App and customer support is excellent, very quick turnaround on queries and super helpful. Easy to use also.

Very powerful tool with great flexibility in what can be reported on. If you have an understanding of pivot tables it's super easy to use. I also really like that you can schedule exports either via email or automatically (e.g. hourly) to a google sheet (which helps us mash it with GA data and use Data Studio as a visualisation tool). The support is swift and high quality - e.g. if you need to add any custom fields. Great value.

This is the best app to use for generating reports. Their support team is also very kind and prompt with their responses. If you're using a different app to generate reports, you need to switch to Better Reports ASAP.
