BETTER REPORTS INDEED. This app is 100x better than Xporter and 25x better than the native shopify reports. I use this daily about 20 different times for anything I need to know. It allows you to pivot however you want, look across multiple data tables which is AMAZING. and it's FAST -- it generates right in front of you and you don't have to wait forever and a day for it to render. Our whole company is now using it. Also, if you need any custom fields or have questions how to display information, support has been SUPER helpful and pretty quick to respond. This is my new favorite app. I don't know what I would do without it!! Get this app!!!!!

Better Reports is outstanding and detail reports. Plus, if you a technical question about a report they response back fast with a solution. If you really want to understand your business this a must-have tool. www.gripsexpress.com

Amazing. It would take me a lot more time and money to replicate what Better Reports has done for me out of the box. Plus their complimentary custom reports are OUTSTANDING.

Not only is this app brilliant in helping you better understand the runnings of your business. They have an amazing customer service with Clement making a custom report for us within one day, to help with our bookeeping! Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic support! Every single time I've asked a question, Better Reports has gone above and beyond with their customer service. We use this app to enable us to file timely and accurate tax reports in the European Union. That being said, the app will help you run any type of report you need—all for a very reasonable monthly subscription price. Most amazing is the customer support. They are extraordinarily responsive and willing to provide customized support in certain circumstances, which is unheard of these days. Very impressive. We couldn’t be more satisfied and highly recommend this app—without reservations.

It was exactly what we needed to manage how many times a coupon code was used on orders, thank you! It's also great that you can automatically get scheduled reports sent to your email.

Very useful BUT. When I set two days it starts to behave in a weird way and put - 1 next to product quantity for items. Plus it's expensive
Hi there. I'm not 100% sure what you mean but your report might be misconfigured. Negative quantities can be expected in the case of refunds or negative quantity on hand (if you enabled overselling for your products). Feel free to reach out at [email protected] so that we can sort this out for you.

This app helped us get around a lot of really challenging reporting issues in Shopify. We use Edit Order and this app helps filter out cancellation and adjustment orders relatively easily. Clement is super responsive and helpful for set up and making any custom reports! The only downside is the hefty price tag for users with the advanced plan. It's definitely an incredible app but you pay for it.

Lots of different reports available and a lot more reasonable price than a lot of apps out there. I tried a few different ones and liked this one the best.

Wanted an app to track sales from discount codes to allow me to pay influencers a percentage commission on their sales. Shopify wouldn't let me do this at my price plan so looked for an app to help. Stumbled accross Better Reports and it's fantastic. Reports on literally everything. And the best bit is, they email me a report on the first of the month with a full breakdown of the codes used and total sales. Absolutely ideal. Would recommend to everyone.

We use this app for both of our Shopify stores, and it's been a lifesaver -- easy to use and awesome customer service! There are a ton of reports already written, and it's pretty simple and intuitive to modify any of the pre-written reports to meet our needs, or to build a report from scratch. And they're very quick to respond to questions or support needs, or to jump in and build a custom report. I highly recommend this app to anyone who requires better reporting than is offered in Shopify.
