Have just started using Better Reports and so far so great! I've been able to get detailed inventory reports with cost and retail (not available in other apps) as well as great sales reports. I've always argued these features should be part of Shopify but at least this app provides it. I wish it was a little cheaper but with the amount of time it will save me trying to create reports and harvest data it will be worth the $40/month. Also, the response has been very fast and helpful with creating custom reports and helping me schedule them. I'm very pleased with Better Reports!
The customer service was top-notch. They were quick to respond, pleasant and supportive. They did provide a report that we thought would be useful, but we needed information for this report over a long period, which was not available to Better Reports. I will keep this app in mind for future requested reports that Shopify doesn't have available.
After looking for a reporting solution for years we tried again, trial of this and that and this one actually works and the support was best ever received. Response in minutes not days. Worth it check it out. Saves us lots of time and manual mistakes we used to make doing data dumps and working in excell
This app helps us pull all the reports we need for bookkeeping and we are very happy with the app.
This app is the most used and most helpful app on our store! Don't even think about running a Shopify store without it. Customer service is AMAZING - prompt, concise and very technical. Seriously, can't recommend this app enough.

Best part about this app is the IMMEDIATE help you received if you have any questions. I needed a specific report to track my PayPal transactions and someone contacted me the next day with the exact report I needed. Outstanding service!
It can be a little hard to understand sometimes, but their tech support team was great at helping me build out reports. There is a lot you can do with this small tool!

Love this App! With end of financial year on the doorstep and the inevitable stocktake (which I was not looking forward to) I have found this app can do it all in minutes, not only for stocktake but every financial report you can think of. Our accountant is very happy! A couple of minutes to find the right reports, create custom reports and save for future use. Easily open in either Numbers (Mac) or save as a CSV file for Excel. Thank you guys, EOFY will be a breeze for us :)
A godsend and great customer support. Very flexible and able to integrate easily with some of my other apps I am using. Would definitely recommend.
A bit of a learning curve to figure out how to use but can be powerful once you get the hang of it. Customer Service is very helpful and responds quickly when you have questions. They will also build out custom reports for you if you describe the parameters and will work with you to tweak them as needed.
amazing, easy to use and layout, it pulls tons of data. we use to to sync to google sheets and have an entire automated workflow setup based on that single report that saves us approxmiately 10 man hours a week. and we have just started to scratch the surface of its functionality. UPDATE: this product gets better and better. we needed some custom reports and the team made them in a few hours - automated them to google sheets for our financial guy and boom - probably another 5 hours per week saved.
