Better Reports is not only an amazing and super useful App. They have the absolute best customer service. Fast, helpful and supportive response. If I could give them more stars I would They respond quickly and comprehensively and work tirelessly to get the customized reports doing exactly what we need.

A very powerful reporting tool that is much, much faster than the alternatives we've tried - even large reports are provided in a few seconds. I don't know how this is possible! Their customer service is also very good - responsive, knowledgeable and really helpful. They just developed a complexcustom report for us that is super-useful for us in 30mins. Amazing! My only quibble is that an SFTP option would be useful for us. I would definitely recommend.

This app has been immensely helpful in calculating taxes as well as keeping track of year end stock.

It is A GRATE APP! It makes your life easier and less stress. Various filters you will have that Shopify report does not have!

Better Reports allows me to extract data out of Shopify that would otherwise be inaccessible. It has allowed me to make data based decisions, and makes up for Shopify's very limited reporting capabilities. I am able to automate reports that feed Google Sheets, and from there I can use data visualization tools to better display data. The icing on the cake is that Better Reports customer service is always quick and extremely helpful! I'd highly recommend this tool!

This app has made running reports a breeze. I spent hours trying to create a custom report and was unable to do so. I emailed customer service and received a response with a link for the report I needed the following day. A+ service.

There really is no other report app- if you have a large business don't waste your time checking them all- this is the one you want

It's difficult to put into words how good the customer support is on this app and Kritesh in particular has been outstanding. Having tried another app and wasted 4 weeks of inaccurate reports and poor communication and interpretation of our needs from the other app developers, we chose BetterReports and could not be happier. First off, the reporting is hands down the best, most powerful option out there. Customization is so easy and quick. If you need something custom, you can message them. I needed something special and Kritesh in the matter of about 2 minutes had a custom field set up for me to pull my reporting / auto updating a special field.
