Amazing app! I can't recommend this app enough for a great reporting system! After trailing so many other apps that were not meeting my needs, Better Reports was the only that was was advanced enough to meet the reporting needs of a retail business. Clement responded to my emails so quickly and was so helpful in providing ongoing support for everything I needed. Worth every penny!

I can't say enough good things about both the app and the support. This app has made reporting so easy and user-friendly, and a huge part of that is because of the support team. I have, on multiple occasions now, needed custom fields added to the reports and every time, the support team has been so efficient and given me exactly what I was looking for. Rishika and Claudia were so helpful. I can't say enough about how positive of an experience this has been.

We wanted to have better reports than were possible with the Shopify Plan. This app did the trick. The developer also created a custom field for us to report by selected tags. We're ecstatic with how well this works!

The support I have received has been great. This app saves me and my team a ton of time...any way you need to narrow down the numbers - it's there. Also can schedule out reports to show up to you weekly and monthly. Awesome!

I used this app to track revenue by product and by state. It has increased the accuracy of our accounting records and has shortened the time it takes to complete monthly reporting.

As a startup, creating custom reports is really important for us as we learn what systems are available and what measures we need. Better Reports customer service has been amazingly helpful and quick. When certain parameters weren't available, they created them for us. Love this tool! Can't say enough about this app.

This is a MUST have app! You can pretty much get any data out of Shopify by using this reporting app. And the support is awesome!

reporting is a crucial function in running a good business. you can't manage well what you can't measure. knowing that, i still tried to skimp on my reporting app and i was running to issues with the limitations they had. fortunately, i got to test betterreports before the store went live. that drag and drop UI, makes report building easy. then there's the google drive integration, and option for multiple format export (excel, pdf, hml, gdocs). and finally, you got Clement who will help sort it out for you if you run into issues.

This app is super helpful and definitely useful for helping to gather end of the quarter/ year reports. What is even better is that I was having a difficult time finding the report I needed. I emailed customer service and not only did they send me what I needed, they sent me an additional custom report via email per my request and updated the option to pull this data in the future in my account! I absolutely find this app to be valuable and worth the monthly fee.

Great report App. I wish Shopify included this, but it is worth the money. Service is GREAT. Clement will take care of you. The reporting tool is very powerful, I haven't come accost a report that this tool couldn't create.

I already love this app! I used to copy-paste values from a custom field, that I couldn't access via the regular Shopify reports. Better Reports saves me this tedious every-day task, and I'm finally excited to scale!!!! Also, Clement does a wonderful job supporting this app. He created my report for me on the very first day of me signing up for the trial. I didn't even have to spend any time trying to figure out how to build the report. 100% outsourced! 100% Loving It!!!

I'm really happy with this App. It provides the reports that Shopify doesn't. And customer is very quick and helpful. Turn around time to my questions has always been that day or early the next. They helped me create a report that gives me the information I need.

I love this app, it's a great work around since Shopify does not offer in depth reporting. I always get a response within 24 hours and they make any changes I need on reports. Great app! definitely recommend if you like digging into your retail business.

Very helpful app, prints every report type you will need! I highly recommend it as Shopify doesn't provide much functionality in reports.

I have been looking for a way to find out how many of my first time purchasers become repeat purchasers and the value that they bring to my business. Better Reports does this with ease. Clement at Better Reports has been fantastic at getting us up and running and always helpful with new queries. Shopify captures a lot of data but doesnt always present it how youd like it, Better Reports does that!

Fantastic app, reports and customer service! After spending way too much time realizing I just couldn't get the info I needed from Shopify, Better Reports helped me in no time. Clement made a couple custom reports for me and I couldn't be happier about the time I just saved and having all my info so perfectly organized in front of me now.

I recently began using Shopify and loaded the last few months of business data into the app (customers, products, sales, other) and processed all orders testing along the way and trying to observe any deficiencies. One limitation in shopify is the reporting function. The data is collected but very limited functionality on viewing general performance measures and details. Shopify referred me to Better Reports to assist me. I quickly loaded the app and designed a few reports, an Account Receivable and Payment Method by transaction. I needed assistance in getting the totals in one column in the AR report and emailed Clement a request to help. He responded within the hour and provided a duplicate report with the necessary update. He did this twice because I inadvertently deleted the updated file he created. This was outstanding service. The app is amazing and has the ability to create any report necessary using Shopify data. I am a control freak and will design many reports in the future to help manage business. I would recommend this app to all shopify users. The design is simple but powerful. I look forward to using the app in the near future and am sure I will provide another positive rating soon too. Thank you, Clement and Better Reports for your assistance! Also, like to thank Andrew I from Shopify for referring me to BR!!

So far this app has been very simple for me to use and customize as needed to fit my business. It is also very fast! Much better than a previous app that I was using!
