BR ‑ Better Reports

Better reports has very robust reports available to help manage your business. However if the canned reports they have already created are not what you are looking for, their support team is amazing at creating custom reports to help you manage your site and business and you don't have to pay anything more for these customize reports.

I wish I'd known about this app weeks ago as it would have made my business far more straight forward

I especially appreciate her attention to detail, including relevant screenshots of the Shopify database. I have corresponded with the BR support team since 2020, and they have never ever disappointed me. Consistently outstanding support from the whole team, including Keanna, Rishika, Tiia, and Kritesh.

I set up custom reports in a jiffy, with exactly the data I needed for our processes. When I ran into a snag, the customer support was simply excellent, putting together a custom field for me in a matter of seconds. Highly recommended!

The app is expensive, but so far it has created what I needed to run Royalty reports and the customer support has been great.

We have tried a few different Shopify report writers in the past, but they were all cumbersome and gave us questionable results. Better Reports is a great report writer for Shopify and GREAT Customer Service!

This is literally the best and most useful app. The reporting goes beyond Shopify reporting and their customer support is stupendous. I email them almost every week asking for a new report to be written and I hear back within 24 hours and sometimes within the hour. Their reporting has been a game changer for my company and they work endlessly to fine tune it until it is exactly to my needs. I had tried numerous reports and when I finally stumbled upon Better Apps I felt like a weight had been lifted. We have many sales channels that Shopify does not have a field to capture in their reports. We use tags. Better Reporting allows me to use these tags in my reports so I am now able to run Wholesale, Trade, POS and Online in separate reports without having to move to an entire separate Shopify for each of them. The reports are also incredibly user friendly, I am now able to make my own if necessary but my Customer Service Expert is always there to help me if I need it.
